All artwork is hand-illustrated by myself, in traditional methods and materials, including fine liner inks, coloured pencils, watercolours and occasionally oils.

~ Each item is carefully placed in a biodegradable cello bag, then supported against a protective hardboard with paper tape, and posted in a bend-proof envelope, so very sturdy - and eco-friendly too. If there are any problems at all, please message me, and I will do my best to solve it for you.

~ Colours may appear slightly differently on monitors and screens due to their settings. I do my best to make sure my photos' colours are as close to the exact item as possible, with brightening etc. Please note that in the pictures I use a watermark, and the print you will receive will not have the watermarks shown in the photos.

~ Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days.

~ In the event that an order can't be dispatched within 3-5 working days, I shall message you directly and explain the reason for the delay and an estimate of when your item will be dispatched.
