Frequently Asked Questions 

Q - Where are you based? Do you ship to my country?

A - Leicestershire, UK is where I am based, and yes, I ship worldwide!

Q - How are orders packaged?

A - All orders are packaged with the utmost care, and I take great pride in making sure prints especially cannot get damaged! To stop the corners bending through being dropped, I place them inside a thick cardboard envelope, and secure them to a hardback board that is larger than the print size, preventing shock damage to the edges. Almost all packaging I use is plastic free too :)

Q - What are your shipping policies?

A - I ship everything with Royal Mail, and within 3-5 working days (roughly weekly). Please note that I ship goods DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) so depending on where you live internationally you will be required to pay any duties or taxes when your order enters the country.

Q - How long will my item take to arrive?

A - For UK customers, all standard postage (untracked) is 1st class (so after you receive your dispatch notification email, your order should arrive within 1-3 working days. If you have selected "express" at the checkout, after dispatch your order should arrive after 1 working day!

For overseas customers, all standard international (untracked) can take anywhere between 1-3 weeks to arrive with you after dispatch, and longer if its in busy seasons like Christmas. If you have selected International tracked, this usually means they arrive a bit faster!

Q - My item arrived damaged, can I get a refund?

A - I'm so sorry this has happened! It's rare but with all small businesses this can happen, sadly I don't have control over your order once its in the postal services hands, but I do my best to package every order very securely. Please send me photos of the damage and I can arrange either a refund or redelivery for you :)

Q - Can I have my item dispatched faster?

A - I am a one woman show, so items are roughly dispatched within 3-5 working days (roughly weekly), or longer if needed (you will be emailed if your item is running a little later than expected) BUT! If you email me and request your item posted a little faster, I may be able to help depending on my work load. More often than not I can move things around for you :)

Q - Does my order come with tracking?

A - All orders have options you select at checkout - the cheapest deliveries are without tracking, and the upgraded ones include tracking (and are faster!)

Q - Do you do commissions?

A - Currently I don't do commissions, but I hope to in the future! Looking at beginning accepting custom orders in 2023 :) 

Q - Can I use one of your designs as a tattoo?

A - I absolutely love this question! In the past all I asked for was support with my shop, for that person to make an order to support me and my art - but now I've made it even easier by setting up a "tattoo donation and permission" listing :) you get to choose the amount you would like to donate, and you then have my full blessing to get inked with one of my designs! Also if you have Instagram please tag me in the finished photo, I would love to see it! @grace.moth

Q - Do you accept returns?

A - I currently don't accept returns of orders once they have been dispatched - but if you wish to cancel your order please do so as soon as you can after you've placed it so I can get it sorted for you :)
